Noel G.H. Manns
Noel G.H. Manns, 50 is a co founder and Principal at Europa Capital; a member of its Investment Committee and is responsible for acquisitions by the Europa Funds in Northern Europe and for asset management of the investments acquired.
From 1981 to 1998 he was at Richard Ellis, latterly as a shareholding Director of one of its principal subsidiaries which provided venture capital for real estate transactions and created and managed property funds for individual investors, raising over £300 million of equity capital.
During 1993-2000, he was a non-executive Director of a Bank of England subsidiary managing a distressed real estate loan portfolio which comprised over 250 assets. From 1997 he was a member of the Investment Committee of Property Mezzanine Partners, a UK Mezzanine Fund.
Noel attended Pembroke College, Cambridge (1977-1981); is an alumnus of the London Business School, is active within INRev; is a member of The Investment Property Forum and is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
He volunteers as Chairman of The Conservative Party’s National Property Advisory Committee; is an advisor to The Diocese of London on property matters, is a Liveryman of The Company of Chartered Surveyors and is a Trustee of a number of charities.
